Across years of working in the fields of team excellence, coaching and psychotherapy, I have come to deeply appreciate the potential for transformational learning that exists when we pause and reflect in the presence of others. Some kind of magic is invited in when we remain open and curious and allow what is being played out unconsciously to emerge into the light of awareness. In the helping professions, this is the practice of supervision. Within a transpersonal context, the supervisor holds the understanding that all beings are interconnected and seeking a sense of deep purpose that brings meaning, vitality, wholeness and fulfilment.
I am a UKCP-accredited Supervisor and graduate of The Psychosynthesis Trust’s Diploma in Integrative, Transpersonal Supervision. I offer one to one or group supervision for coaches, counsellors and psychotherapists, which meets the supervision requirements of both UKCP and BACP. I work both online and in person from my home in North West London.
